Two new dishes
Veal Valentino: Filet of Veal (8oz) stuffed with prosciutto, mozzarella sauteed in marsala wine sauce with mushrooms, served with garlic mashed potatoes.
Chillian Seabass:
Filet battered sauteed with garlic, lemon sauce with a splash of Chablis wine served over spinach and topped with fried leek
