Main (choice)

- Pappardelle with shrimps, fresh tomatoes, shiitake mushrooms and roasted garlic brandy cream sauce, topped with spinach.

- Filet mignon maremonti with shrimps served with shiitake mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and madeira brown sauce with touch of cream

- Blackened tuna with sauteed spinach over risotto
